Tuesday Nov 12Little creek night sesh w/ austin, jack d, kenner. choss pile but lit. Hard double digits climb with fucked crux. Cold af. Pulled some moves on the start. hella sore
Thurs Nov 14 Morning lift sesh FB...minimal cardio. thinking watsons crag/mcaffees tmrw. venga comp sat!!
Sat Nov 16venga! kinda stunk :( too many people, predictable crimpers L
Sun Nov 17 Crimps with tali! stretched, spray wall, then did 1-18 venga sets. Hitting the spooky stuff tmrw with kenner, then perhaps some kilt and hangboard action
Tuesday Nov 19 bike x 2, ez homewall sesh then max pull ups 1 set
Wed Nov 13 climbed w tal, hit autobelay and kilt/moon. Fingers feeling strong but need to work power and endurance. I'm getting there. v7 kilt send by thanksgiving. did core, stretched, hitting pull ups on hangboard at home
Thurs Nov 21 full lift with tali yay!!! winter training arc, bike x 1, core today cause i skipped yesterday
Monday Nov 18 biked x 2, hit crimps with kenner and tal. Sent #19 and tried some other harder routes, flashed a bunch that i couldnt yesterday. Didnt do pull ups :( we will add em tmrw
